The team and I are pleased to be able to deliver yet another packed edition of NOISE. We’ve included some of the most relevant student and college news, including articles on tuition fees, the ID card scheme, a former Richmond College student winning a Helen Kennedy Foundation bursary and two pages full of features—comment, debate, reviews and more from our agony aunt Priscilla!
