Due to unforeseen technical difficulties, issue 2 of NOISE, the Student Newspaper for Richmond upon Thames College, will have its release delayed by a few days, meaning it won't be sent to press before Monday afternoon at the earliest, and therefore not reach you before Tuesday morning at the earliest.
